A Proper Home for Your Cleaning Sheets

Once a paper pack is torn open it never closes properly again. Sheets end up loose in a drawer, curling at the edges, picking up damp from the utility room or the bathroom. NeatKeep is a reusable metal tin that solves it — tip your pack in, press the lid down, and your sheets stay flat, dry and ready to use until the last one.

Why it matters more than it sounds: our sheets are designed to dissolve the moment they meet water. That's exactly what you want in the drum, the dishwasher or the bowl — and exactly what you don't want in a steamy bathroom. A close-fitting lid keeps humidity off them.

What it does

  • Keeps sheets dry — a snug lid keeps out the damp air that makes sheets tacky or stuck together.
  • Keeps them flat — no more curled corners or torn halves at the bottom of a drawer.
  • Keeps them dust-free — worth it if yours live on an open shelf.
  • Looks like something you'd leave out — soft blush pink with the TruWash frog, rather than a ripped envelope.
  • Lasts indefinitely — metal, not plastic. Refill it from every pack you buy and never bin it.
  • 1 school meal — every NeatKeep tin funds a school meal through Mary's Meals.

How to use it

  • Open your pack of sheets and tip them straight in.
  • Press the lid down until it sits flush.
  • Keep it wherever you use them — laundry cupboard, under the sink, on a shelf.
  • Wipe the inside with a dry cloth before refilling. Don't wash it out with water.

Care

Wipe clean with a dry or barely damp cloth. Not dishwasher safe, and don't submerge it — trapped moisture is the one thing that will spoil the sheets you put in next. Dry thoroughly if it ever gets wet.

Frequently asked questions

Which TruWash sheets fit in it?

It's sized for our sheet packs — BioPure, FreshRinse, SafeGuard, PureStep and ClearFlush all tip straight in. If you use more than one, we'd suggest a tin each rather than mixing them, so you're never guessing which sheet is which.

Will it stop my sheets dissolving?

It keeps everyday humidity off them, which is the usual culprit for sheets going tacky in a bathroom or utility room. It isn't a sealed container, so don't store it somewhere it could get splashed or sit in steam.

What's it made of?

Tinplate metal with a printed finish. No plastic, no liner, nothing to throw away.

Can I wash it?

Wipe it, don't wash it. Water left inside will start dissolving the next batch of sheets you put in.

Does it come with sheets inside?

No — this is the tin on its own, so you can refill it from whichever pack you already buy.

How many meals does it donate?

One. Every NeatKeep tin funds a single school meal through our partnership with Mary's Meals. Our sheet packs each fund five.

Can I use it for other things?

Of course. Plenty of people use them for hair clips, cables, sewing bits and odds and ends once they've got a system going.

Help & Support

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about TruWash products. For product specific FAQs, check out the product page of that product.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders over £30 (British pounds) or €40 (Euros) to ROI. Please note: if you use a discount code and your final total drops below £30, you will be charged postage, even if your cart originally qualified for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2-4 business days via Royal Mail or Fastway. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Ireland orders are similar timeframes.

Are TruWash products safe for my family and pets?

We designed TruWash with families in mind — including the little ones and the furry members of the household. Our sheets are made with less harsh chemicals, are plant-derived, dermatologically assessed*, pH-balanced (6–7), free from phthalates, and OECD biodegradable. Our QuickShine is made right here in Northern Ireland from activated water — just "hungry water" doing the work.

As with any cleaning product, we'd always recommend keeping them stored safely out of reach of children and pets, and following the usage guidance on the pack. If anyone in your home has specific sensitivities or health concerns, it's worth checking the full ingredients list (always shown on the packaging) or chatting with your doctor or vet.

Got a question we haven't covered? Drop us a line at emily@truwash.co.uk — we're always happy to help.

*Dermatologically assessed. Full ingredient lists, safety information and an explanation of every claim are on our Ingredients, Safety & Claims page.

What is QuickShine™ and how does it work?

We call QuickShine™ "Hungry Water." We've removed all minerals by passing water through 5 separate, stringent filters. The result? Water that acts like a "dust magnet" trying to replace what we removed. It's chemical-free, streak-free, and safe to use on anything shiny—windows, mirrors, granite worktops, car windscreens, stainless steel, and more.

Why am I getting streaks with QuickShine™?

Streaks usually happen because:

  • First-time use: You may need more product than usual to remove residue from previous cleaners
  • Too much product: Less is more! Use a light mist
  • Not using the POLISH cloth: Our POLISH cloth is essential for streak-free results
  • Cloth contamination: Never wash the POLISH cloth with fabric softener—it ruins the cloth's effectiveness

How much Floor cleaner should I use?

A little goes a long way!

  • Mop bucket: 2 tablespoons in warm water
  • Spray mop bottles: 1 teaspoon
  • Steam mops: A few drops directly on the pad

Using too much product causes streaking. Also, never wash your mop with fabric softener as it leaves residue.

Where do BioPure™ Laundry Sheets go in the washing machine?

Place the sheet directly in the drum with your laundry—NOT in the detergent dispenser drawer. This ensures proper dissolving and distribution.

How many washes do I get from BioPure™ Laundry Sheets?

Each pack contains 30 perforated sheets:

  • Up to 60 washes using half a sheet per small load
  • 30 washes using a full sheet per large load
  • Most households get 45-50 washes per pack

Do I still need fabric softener with BioPure™?

No! BioPure™ is 3-in-1: detergent, stain remover, AND fabric softener. Your clothes will come out soft and fresh without needing any additional products.

What's your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact emily@truwash.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a return and refund—we want you to love our products!

My order is late. What should I do?

f your parcel is over a week late or arrives damaged, email Emily at emily@truwash.co.uk and she'll respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue. You can also contact Fastway (our courier) directly for faster resolution.

What makes TruWASH different from other cleaning brands?

We're a small family-run business from Northern Ireland, not a faceless corporation. Every product is:

  • Made with plant-derived ingredients, free from added optical brighteners, chlorine bleach and phthalates
  • Tested and loved by our own family first
  • Actually effective (no greenwashing or false promises)
  • Backed by genuine customer service from Emily and our small team

We believe you deserve cleaning products you can trust completely.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Our products are plant-based, biodegradable, packaged in recyclable bottles or plastic-free packaging (laundry/dishwasher sheets), vegan-friendly, and never tested on animals. We're committed to protecting your family and the planet.

How do I contact TruWash?

How does TruWash give back?

Your order helps feed hungry children through Mary's Meals' school feeding programmes—up to 5 meals donated per product, with the exact number shown on each product page. When you choose TruWash, you're not just getting effective cleaning products—you're helping to provide meals to children who need them most.
