Each sheet product is made for a specific job, with the dose already portioned out. BioPure washes, softens and lifts stains; FreshRinse is for your dishwasher; PureStep goes in your mop bucket; SafeGuard makes a multi-purpose surface spray. Follow the directions on each pack for the right dose and best results.

The sheets come in slim packs instead of bulky detergent bottles and tubs. Store the packs together and keep the bottles you use for spraying ready to refill. Less packaging to stack, more room in your cupboard.

Our sheet packs use plastic-free packaging, and reusable bottles can be kept for refills. FrogPop is natural cellulose in cardboard packaging. BioPure works in cold water: choose a suitable wash programme and follow the garment care label. These are product-specific benefits; the full starter pack is not entirely plastic-free. No. Start with the product you need most and finish your existing cleaner first. You can buy every sheet product individually, as well as QuickShine and our cloths.

FreshRinse is made for the dishwasher. Use it as directed on the pack rather than as washing-up liquid.

BioPure has a Fragrance Free option alongside Linen Blossom and Summer Bloom. Everyone’s skin is different: check the ingredient list before choosing, especially if you have a known sensitivity.

QuickShine uses purified water without added cleaning chemicals or fragrance. Use it for glass and suitable shiny surfaces with the POLISH cloth. The other TruWash products have their own formulations—check each product’s ingredients and directions.

Use QuickShine with a clean POLISH cloth and buff dry. A dirty cloth or fabric-softener residue can leave marks, so wash the cloth without fabric softener. Always follow the care advice for the surface you are cleaning.

Your four-pack arrives flat to save space. Add water and each cellulose frog expands into a sponge. The colour runs through the whole sponge. Rinse after use and leave somewhere airy to dry. Colours may vary.

The welcome gifts are for your first order of the qualifying pack. Later subscription deliveries are refills, so you keep using the bottles, tin and cloths you already have. Check your selected option for the exact contents and refill details.

Across our entire range, we use no chlorine bleach, phosphates, PFAS or phthalates. BioPure is also free from optical brighteners. This does not mean chemical-free. Plastic-free sheet packaging refers to the packaging, not every ingredient or accessory. BioPure contains PVA as its dissolvable sheet base; CLEAN and POLISH are reusable microfibre cloths.
