Can a little sheet really clean my laundry?
BioPure concentrates detergent and stain-removing enzymes into a dry sheet. Dose for your load size and soiling, and follow the care label. Stubborn stains may need pre-treatment—using more heat or detergent is not always the answer.
How many washes are in a pack?
30 perforated sheets. Half a sheet gives a small wash (up to 60 per pack); a full sheet gives a regular wash (30 per pack). Larger or dirtier loads may need more. Follow pack directions.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Manage your subscription through your account before your next renewal. You can pause, change your delivery schedule or cancel.
Does it work in cold water?
Yes. Add your sheet to the drum, load your clothes and choose a suitable cycle. Always follow the care labels on your clothes.
Which scent should I choose?
Linen Blossom is fresh and clean; Summer Bloom is light and floral. Fragrance Free has no added fragrance. Check the ingredient list if you have a known sensitivity.
Is BioPure completely plastic-free?
The cardboard packaging is plastic-free. The sheet contains PVA, a water-soluble polymer which holds its ingredients together. Packaging and formula claims are different.
Do I still need fabric softener?
BioPure combines detergent, stain-removing action and softening in one sheet for your everyday wash.
Can I use it for wool and silk?
Always follow your garment care label. For wool, silk or items requiring a specialist detergent, use the detergent recommended by the garment manufacturer.
What if a sheet has not fully dissolved?
Put the sheet directly into the drum, with room for water to circulate. Avoid overloading and use the dose for your load. If residue remains, run an extra rinse and check the pack directions before your next wash.
How much should I use in hard water?
Start with the pack’s dose for your load size. Hard water and heavy soiling may need more detergent. Follow the pack guidance rather than judging by the amount of foam.

How should I store the sheets?
