Why Mary’s Meals Matters

For those who may not be familiar with their incredible work, Mary’s Meals is a global movement that sets up school feeding programmes in some of the world’s poorest communities. Their idea is simple but life-changing: provide one good meal every day in a place of education.

This does two things at once: it fills a hungry child's stomach today, and it draws them into the classroom so they can gain the education they need to escape poverty tomorrow. For many of these children, this is the only meal they will receive all day.

5,000 Meals to Start the Journey

To show how much this means to us, the TruWASH team is donating 5,000 meals immediately to get the ball rolling. We aren't waiting for sales to happen; we are putting our heart into this from day one because we believe no child should have to wait for their next meal.
