Each diffuser is crafted by hand, and we loved them so much, we just had to stock them all year round. How Do I Use Quickshine?

Quickshine is incredibly easy to use! Simply spray a light mist onto the surface, just enough to cover the glass without saturating it—remember, the more liquid you use, the longer it takes to clean. With your TruWASH polishing cloth, fold it back on itself and wipe down in an "S" motion, ensuring the cloth doesn’t become too wet. Once you’re done, pop the cloth in the washing machine for cleaning, but avoid using fabric conditioner to keep it at its best!

Is TRUwash Pet Safe?

All our products are completely safe for use around pets, as they are non-toxic and free from harsh chemicals. To ensure your furry friends stay safe, please allow the cleaned surfaces to fully dry before letting animals walk on them. With TruWASH, you can have a sparkling clean home without compromising your pets’ wellbeing.

Why Shouldn't I Use Fabric Conditioner?

Avoid using fabric conditioner when washing your cloths, as it leaves a residue on the fibres that can cause streaking on glass. Fabric conditioner can also reduce the absorbency of cleaning cloths and towels, making them less effective, and may leave behind synthetic chemicals that irritate sensitive skin. On clothes, fabric conditioner can weaken fibres over time, reduce breathability, and trap odours in activewear. Instead, use TruWASH White Vinegar in each wash. It’s a natural alternative that prevents residue build-up, keeps your cloths effective, and even helps prolong the life of your washing machine by breaking down limescale and detergent build-up. Our eco-friendly white vinegar is available in 5L jars, perfect for regular use!

My Order Is Late/Damaged , What Shall I do?

It’s very uncommon for packages to be lost or damaged, but mistakes can happen. If your parcel is over a week late or arrives in a damaged state, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Email Emily at emily@truwash.co.uk, and she’ll respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue promptly.

What Can I Use "Floor" On

Floor is suitable for all floor types and is incredibly easy to use—just add a tablespoon to a mop bucket for stunning results. If you’re experiencing streaking, it’s likely due to using too much product or washing your mop/pad with fabric conditioner, which leaves residue. For steam mops, add a few drops of Floor directly to the pad to create a gorgeous shine and fill your home with a fresh, laundry-inspired scent.
