What do I get in the trial?
Five BioPure laundry sheets in Linen Blossom: up to 10 small washes using half a sheet, or five regular washes using a full sheet. Heavy or heavily soiled loads may need more.
Is this a one-off purchase?
No. The trial starts a recurring FlexPlan. The review step must show the first refill date, recurring price and shipping before you place an order.
Why is the pack free but shipping isn’t?
You’re paying for trial delivery, not the sheets. The proposed UK trial charge is £4.99 shipping only. Refills are charged separately under your plan.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
The existing trial is connected to a monthly plan. Additional trial frequencies are not active yet. We are checking the available account controls before enabling the new offer.
Will it work in a cold wash?
BioPure is designed for hot and cold washes. Follow the pack directions and your clothing care labels.
What ingredients are left out?
BioPure contains no chlorine bleach, phosphates, PFAS or phthalates. The trial is scented Linen Blossom; fragrance-free BioPure is available separately.
Is it plastic-free?
The cardboard packaging is plastic-free. The sheet formula contains water-soluble PVA.
