ClearFlush Toilet Cleaner Sheets - Plastic-Free, Up to 30 Cleans

ClearFlush Toilet Cleaner Sheets - Plastic-Free, Up to 30 Cleans

Toilet Cleaner Sheets — One Paper Envelope Instead of Another Plastic Bottle

ClearFlush is a dissolvable toilet cleaner sheet. Drop a strip into the bowl, let it dissolve, give it a quick brush and flush. No heavy plastic bottle under the sink, no angled-neck squeeze, no chlorine bleach smell hanging around the bathroom. Just plant-derived cleaning agents in a paper envelope that fits through the letterbox.

15 sheets — up to 30 cleans. One strip (half a sheet) per clean. Scented with Citrus Wave.

How to use

  • Tear one sheet in half — that's one strip, one clean.
  • Drop the strip into the bowl. It dissolves in around 25 seconds.
  • Brush around the bowl and under the rim.
  • Leave 2–3 minutes for heavier soiling, then flush.

For a stubborn bowl, use a full sheet and leave it overnight before brushing.

Why families choose ClearFlush

  • Zero plastic packaging — a paper envelope, not a bottle you bin every few weeks.
  • Plant-derived cleaning agents — lauryl glucoside, cocamidopropyl betaine and saponins do the lifting.
  • No chlorine bleach — no bleach smell, and nothing that ruins a bathmat if it splashes.
  • Readily biodegradable surfactants — 90–95% degraded within 28 days under OECD test conditions.
  • No optical brighteners, no phosphates — confirmed batch by batch.
  • Light to ship, easy to store — the whole pack weighs about 50g and lives in a drawer.
  • 5 school meals per pack — every pack funds 5 meals through Mary's Meals.

Being straight with you

ClearFlush is a cleaner, not a disinfectant, and it isn't a descaler. It lifts everyday soiling and leaves the bowl fresh. If you've got hard-water limescale rings, you'll want something acidic — our white vinegar handles that. We'd rather tell you what it does than sell you something that disappoints.

Ingredients

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents: 15–30% anionic surfactants, 15–30% non-ionic surfactants, <5% soap, perfumes, phenoxyethanol.

Also contains: polyvinyl alcohol, water, sodium citrate, glycerin, saponins, sodium bicarbonate, colourant. pH 7–8 in solution.

Safety information

Danger. Causes skin irritation (H315). May cause an allergic skin reaction (H317). Causes serious eye damage (H318). May cause respiratory irritation (H335). Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H412).

Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling. Wear eye protection. IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, continue rinsing, and immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label to hand.

Handle dry sheets with dry hands and drop them straight into the bowl. For household toilet cleaning only.

Frequently asked questions

How do toilet cleaner sheets work?

Each sheet is a dry, concentrated cleaning film held together with polyvinyl alcohol. Water dissolves it in seconds and releases the surfactants into the bowl, where they lift soiling so it brushes away. You're not paying to ship water in a plastic bottle — the water is already in your toilet.

Do they work as well as liquid cleaner?

For everyday cleaning, yes. The active cleaning agents are the same class of surfactants used in liquid bowl cleaners, just without the water. Where liquids still win is limescale — gel descalers are acidic, and ClearFlush is pH-neutral.

Does ClearFlush disinfect or kill germs?

No. It's a cleaning product, not a biocidal disinfectant, so we don't make germ-kill claims. If you need to disinfect, use an authorised disinfectant alongside it.

Will it remove limescale?

No. Limescale needs an acid to dissolve it. Use white vinegar or a dedicated descaler for the scale ring, then keep the bowl clean with ClearFlush.

Is it safe for septic tanks?

Yes. The formula is free of chlorine bleach, which is what upsets the bacteria in a septic system, and the surfactants are readily biodegradable.

How long does a pack last?

15 sheets, each tearing into 2 strips — up to 30 cleans. Cleaning one toilet twice a week, that's roughly 3–4 months.

Is the packaging really plastic-free?

Yes — the envelope is paper and goes straight in your recycling. The sheets are the product, so there's nothing left to bin.
